✨ Soul & Self-Care Sunday ✨  EPISODE 002

“But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.” – Isaiah 40:31

This Sunday feels different. Instead of my usual morning tea ☕️, I’m in Atlanta—embracing family, laughter, fellowship, and the beauty of Renewed! YEUP…This morning’s tea has been relocated to Atlanta this morning! —Atlanta has me wrapped in family❤️, fellowship🥰 & joy. ( sounds so nice I had to repeat it twice🤣)

💛 Sometimes self-care looks like simply being present, letting God refill your spirit, and trusting His perfect timing. 🦅

Here’s to waiting well, walking strong, and rising higher in Him.

Renewed in His Presence 🌿

This Soul & Self-Care Sunday, I’m resting in the promise of Isaiah 40:31—that those who wait on the Lord will find new strength. Sometimes self-care is simply pausing, trusting His timing, and allowing Him to lift us higher. Today, I choose to be present, embrace family and fellowship, and let God refresh my soul.

Waiting on the Lord isn’t passive—it’s powerful. It’s the place where strength is exchanged, where weariness turns to renewal, and where God reminds us that His timing is perfect.

Today, my soul-care is being fully present, enjoying God’s blessings in real time, and letting His presence refresh me. Whether you’re surrounded by loved ones or resting in stillness, may you find strength that lifts you higher—like eagles soaring on the wind of His grace.

💛 Be gentle with yourself. Rest in Him. Trust the wait…
